Hello there! Recently, I don't drink at all. It doesn't mean I'm intolerant to alcohol. I can drink descent amount. There are mainly two reasons why I don't drink.
Firstly, I don't want hangover on the following day. If you go for clubbing and stay overnight, your sleeping pattern would be messed up and for me, it takes 2-3 days to get back to my routine. I like EDM and club music but I don't like clubbing. I'm not really interested in hooking guys at club as well or generally not interested in dating. So there is no need for me to take time wearing makeups and choosing outfits for going out. Because I don't believe that I would meet someone at clubs. People say all those kind of nice things when they are drunk.
Secondly, I'm chatty and I don't change at all no matter how much I drink. So it is kind of boring and it's just waste of money. So what do I do when I hang out with my friends? I would 1-2 drinks and that's enough.
When I stressed, I don't drink. Instead, I take a bath. I don't treat myself with food. I think the key to keep fit is not to treat myself with food. Because it caused me overeating in the past. I normally don't need alcohol. My mind needs to be clear all the time rather than blur because I want to focus on my project, Gym In Japan.
