Stay fit over injury

Morning! I used to work out so seriously. I went to gym 3-4 times a week and I was using myfitnesspal all the time. However, I had minor knee surgery one year ago. Also, I'm occasionally in pain because the aftereffect of falling down from horse many many times. My neck and back's bone alignment is not right. Therefore I'm focused on fixing them by going to osteopath and physio twice a week.


I bought exercise bands and I started doing some exercise at home! Like butt workout lol

Injury is not fun. You can't go to gym as you want. However, now I find myself supporting people by creating this website, Gym In Japan. I hope I can deliver gym experience in Japan to many people as possible.


Sometimes, I wake up with so much pain. I need to cancel plans sometimes. Some people think I'm excusing or telling a lie because people don't know what's the pain like. It's ok that people don't understand. I often need to pack professional camera and my macbook in my backpack and they are so heavy. When I hurt my back, I call my physiotherapist. He is really good to me and I enjoy the session with him because he's so funny! I usually chat with him for 30-60 min after the session lol I believe my body type is athletic by birth so I wanna improve myself with a baby step.
