Hello there! Sometimes, things can hit you really hard. You might really feel down. I do too. I couldn't control my emotion and that led me to bipolar. I'm pretty stabilized and learnt how to control emotions. When I feel down, I don't stay feeling down. I take actions. Or I write down/analyse what happened. When you are feeling down, you would look really sad. Things were so hard for me yesterday and I had some emotional swings. It's hard when your emotional swings happen due to uncontrollable factors. Don't let your emotions run your life.
I woke up this morning and found a really negative comment about Gym In Japan. The person was so angry. I didn't know what to do. I PM the person what was wrong but I didn't get a reply. I felt like this could hurt this service. But I didn't stay in this state. I found a solution. Also, I decided to listen to some cheerful music and smile! Then I posted my selfie on fb and Instagram. There is a saying "Smile is the best solution". From now on, I believe in this! People could say all those things that could hurt others online. Since it's not in person. I don't think social network would disappear but the less people would gradually use. Like you can see the situation in the U.S.
