About my fitness life Part 2

So, I told you earlier that I was following a strict diet and fitness regimes. It is because I wanted to be a fitness model.I seriously wanted to compete and be a fitness model when I was around 20. (I am now 22). My favourite fitness model was Sophia Thiel.

Looking back, I am happy that I tried although I experienced over eating three times and knee surgery (Not ACL minor one) due to over training. Now, I go to osteopath and physiotherapy twice a week. Otherwise my body condition would be really bad. My osteopath and physiotherapist are really good to me. Especially, I enjoy having conversation with my physiotherapist (I am chatty but he is three time as chatty as me!!!). I really appreciate them because thanks to them, I can keep up my work.

This is a photo me one year ago. I don't look like this but I am happy with myself.


Of course, being in a good shape gives me confidence. However, I noticed my confidence doesn't simply come from my body shape. When I went for overeating for the three times in my life, I stopped following super fit people on Instagram. Then I started following plus size models. Eventually, I quit Instagram. Because I noticed comparing doesn't help.


I started telling myself "I don't necessarily need to lose weight. I already look great. I can eat whatever I want". Actually this worked. Now I am in a good shape again without much effort!!
